Lawrence is a founding partner of FusionExperience, and has over 25 years experience in IT and business services. His most recent role was Senior Vice President of International Operations for Keane. Laurence grew Keane’s international operations from $20 million (500 staff) to $300 million (4000 staff). He orchestrated a $500 million deal to install contactless smartcard solution to the State of Victoria Melbourne. Laurence has also held executive positions in Headstrong, Premier Systems and Drexel Burnham Lambert. At both Headstrong and Keane he was the driver of two separate private equity fund raises, $200 million for Headstrong and $850 million for Keane.

With a technical background in large-scale computer systems and data communications gained at Burroughs (Unisys) he joined the board of a Manchester-based software house developing mainframe solutions for construction, manufacturing and wholesale companies. Before joining the COINS board Derek worked as an independent consultant undertaking projects in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Australia. | | | Tim has a first class honours degree in Civil Engineering Science from Wadham College, Oxford. He started his career with consulting engineers Frank Graham & Partners before joining COINS in 1989. Tim is responsible for the commercial development of COINS, having been the architect behind the product and the designer of innovative procedures and processes. | | | Dick is Chairman of COINS USA and was the original founder and past president of Shaker. He has worked for the Bechtel Corporation, Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation, and C.T. Male Associates, P.C. He has taught at Cornell University, Union College, and the Pratt Institute. He oversees the company's specialization in high quality, innovative software, consulting, and computer products and processing for contractors.
