As a direct result of client feedback from the Executive Stream at the COINS customer conference, an investment has been made in developing new training programmes specifically for users of COINS Solutions. Two dedicated training consultants, Beth Cutcliffe and Karen Mason, have already been appointed and join Michelle Pelosi.
Further trainers will be recruited within the next few months.

The trainers are working initially with two of our customers during their implementation of COINS to obtain customer evaluation and feedback on training requirements. This process will enable the development of specific, structured training programmes and materials, which will then be available to all customers. Programmes will be created for training of both end-users and in-house trainers to ensure flexibility that meets all our clients’ needs.

In addition, at a time when COINS is committed to developing customer training for its solutions, the partnership with John Laing Training (see page four), will enable us to elicit expert help with structuring the programmes and, more importantly, to gain full industry accreditation for them.
