| Back | As part of a commitment to continuously improve customer support, COINS has recently relaunched the Client Area of the global website with a cleaner, fresher visual styling that is even easier to navigate and use. For client convenience, the content is now more clearly grouped under a number of headings with one-click access to the most popular pages. The Client Area offers comprehensive online resources to help maximise the benefit gained from using COINS. These include How To guides, product documentation, online support call logging (through HEAT), online Product Development Request logging, information on recently released COINS software features, software fix downloads, and much more. So that important notices are not missed, clients can now subscribe to the COINS Notices RSS feed that will deliver relevant information directly to their desktop. Clients wishing to register for access to the Client Area can simply submit a Login Request online from the home page of the COINS Client Area.
