The transition from BACSTEL to BACTEL-IP created a challenge for our delivery teams in terms of implementation timescales and user training. COINS project managed the transition for all COINS clients and the result was a very successful migration. COINS clients who use BACS are now completely up and running with the new method of funds transfer. One hundred percent of the installations were completed prior to the deadline (31 December 2005) enforced by BACS.
