COINS can assist you to optimise your business processes by drawing on best practices and adding value.  Our consultants will advise you on how the COINS product portfolio and new technology can be deployed to best fit your organisation.

Pre-Sales Consultancy - offered to potential clients thinking of joining the COINS community, this might include:

  • Responding to ITT’s (Invitations to Tender).
  • Software demonstrations and workshops to illustrate how COINS can be tailored to individual clients’ needs.
  • Business consultancy to understand what is key to client businesses and help design appropriate business solutions.
  • Generally supporting the Sales and Marketing initiatives.

Post-Sales Consultancy - for clients who currently use the COINS software but may require  a system audit where a periodic review is carried out on the current use of the system to ensure that they are still using best practices. The system audit can comprise:

  • Management information review.
  • Business process review.
  • System settings audit and review.
  • System financial health check.

General Consultancy - including:

Product Management where we evaluate whether requests for changes to the software are appropriate and consistent with agreed development plans. The Product Management Team is also responsible for testing each change and that appropriate documentation and training is available in order to support any new feature when released to the wider COINS community.

Special Interest Groups that meet twice a year to focus on the direction of the COINS products.  These meetings offer you the opportunity to influence the way that you want a particular COINS module to develop.
