Our approach to implementation is all about delivering on time and on budget by using the best people. Our business and application consultants have a wealth of knowledge of the construction and IT industry. We believe that the method of delivery is as important as the technology purchased and our implementation methodology COMET (COINS Method), based on PRINCE, reflects this. Our Project Managers and their teams will work closely with you throughout the project and ensure that you are receiving the best possible guidance and advice you require. The Project Managers will produce a Project Agenda (also known as the Project Initiation Document) which forms the outline of how the project will be delivered including milestones, key deliverables, risks, issues and assumptions, roles and responsibilities, budget, key dates and so on. The COINS Project Manager retains responsibility for the project and resolution of any issues for 3 months after go-live, before formally handing over to our Support and Commercial Teams. A Post Implementation Review (PIR) is available 6-18 months after go-live to assess whether all business benefits have been successfully delivered. |
