Valuations

COINS Valuations is a tool for Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers alike to assist the production of interim valuations, periodic cost forecasts and subcontractor procurement.  The software can import the estimate/bill of quantities (BOQ) electronically and thereafter use this as the original estimate against which variations are made and actual costs are compared.  A graphical or GUI interface is used throughout Valuations with many screens having a similar look to that provided by spreadsheets.

CVR and Forecasting

COINS CVR and Forecasting is a new module that is designed to deliver greater visibility of contract performance data throughout your organisation.  It is a tool for quantity surveyors, commercial managers and commercial directors to assist in the timely production of monthly cost value reconciliations, end day forecasts and cash forecasts.  This is achieved by the generation and distribution of spreadsheets that are populated with data held in COINS.  The “checking out” and “checking in” of these spreadsheets is monitored by COINS thereby assisting in the collection of contract performance data and the production of management reports.
