COINS HR is a comprehensive personnel management system that provides a single point of access to information about personnel. HR is designed to minimise the effort involved in administrative tasks and it gives the user (whether it is the HR Officer or the Training Manager), the ability to be proactive in the management of their daily tasks. COINS HR is both intuitive and user-friendly, however, its real advantage is that it can be integrated with other coins modules such as Payroll, Assets, Fleet and Facilities Management. Furthermore, like all COINS modules, HR is also integrated with the Central Repository. This is where all COINS data reside and it is shared out to all modules thus providing clean, up to date and accurate data at all times, as well as adding convenience and efficiency.
