COINS Valuations and Automated Payments (VAP) modifies the operation of the COINS Contract Status and Subcontractor Ledgers to include extra functionality specific to House Builders. It provides Commercial and Surveying features fully integrated into COINS Financials. It is adaptable to reflect the different cost control and subcontract payment procedures operated by different house builders.
