This will include working with customers to assess their needs and work toward configuration, training, report-writing and data migration for new COINS systems. Experience in the construction industry and in using our software is preferred; excellent communication and team skills are essential. Candidates should be willing to travel to customer sites across the USA.

Support - COINS NY
Experienced analysts are required to support a multitude of clients on our applications, including web based applications. This will include diagnosing and investigating support queries from clients, managing a support call queue, and working on the resolution of issues within target closure times. Candidates should display initiative and also possess strong analytical, problem solving, communication and team skills.

Business Intelligence Designers / Consultants - COINS NY
We are looking for experienced individuals to manage the development of client-focused, business intelligence, software solutions. We are particularly interested in applicants who have existing knowledge of COINS software and the construction industry. Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem solving, communication and team skills.
