Responsible for hands-on technical troubleshooting and support across a variety of platforms for a broad customer client base. You must have a demonstrated ability to analyze complex business and technical problems while mapping paths for the client solutions. This position is part of a global team with business hours from 8am to 6pm Eastern Time.  

Account Manager (CN-109)
Sell to construction industry accounts using a consultative selling model. Based in Latham, NY, you will manage and sell to existing accounts expanding the use of COINS solutions at the same time providing value.  

Director of Implementations (RP-01)
Manages and implements support for specified projects that includes contract negotiation, transmission establishment, profile setup, account opening, client training, custom development, and/or product negotiation. Develops implementation process and how COINS will meet the needs of the client/end-user.

Construction Software Consultant (RP-02)
Responsible for performing COINS product consulting, training and business consulting. Assist COINS USA’s sales organization in closing business and champion solutions to meet client technology needs.
