 | Larry Sullivan - Group Chairman Larry is Chairman and co-founder of COINS; he is also co-founder of five other niche market software houses including one in Poland and one in Russia. His companies include Total Objects (www.totalobjects.co.uk) and Oasis Solutions (www.oasissolutions.co.uk), where he is also Chairman. In 2004 Larry also funded and established the not for profit Stepping Stones (www.steppingstones.org.uk), a school for children with hemiplegia. In 2008 he established the COINS Foundation www.coinsfoundation.org and is its president. He also sits on the board of Habitat for Humanity (UK). His past directorships include CSBI SA (Poland), Computerland Poland, CSBI EE (Russia), CSB Meridian, and Matrix Ventures, a venture capital trust. larry.sullivan@coins-global.com |  | Derek Leaver - International Chief Executive Derek joined the COINS board in 1996 and has over thirty years of experience in IT, the majority of them relating to the construction industry. With a technical background in large-scale computer systems and data communications gained at Burroughs (Unisys) he joined the board of a Manchester-based software house developing mainframe solutions for construction, manufacturing and wholesale companies. Before joining the COINS board Derek worked as an independent consultant undertaking projects in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Australia. He has worked for the Bechtel Corporation, Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation, and C.T. Male Associates, P.C. He has taught at Cornell University, Union College, and the Pratt Institute. He oversees the company's specialization in high quality, innovative software, consulting, and computer products and processing for contractors.
