Rieck Services is working with COINS to adapt more of COINS OA for use in the United States. Rieck’s Steve Fabrigar, Business Applications Manager, and Tom Graham, Systems Manager, spent three days at the COINS Latham, NY office learning the ins and outs of Designer in the new COINS OA/Ti Report Designer course.

Rieck Services wanted to explore using the OA Designer to create dashboards with drill down features. The goal was to display timely, highly specific job cost information from COINS in a secure browser window, complete with charts, graphs, and easy-to-grasp key performance indicators. Steve and Tom arrived with a list of more than 20 specific objectives. As delivered by COINS Consultant Beth Andrasak, the course met and exceeded their objectives.

Located in Dayton, Ohio, Rieck Services designs, constructs, and services mechanical systems for industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and institutional facilities. Rieck Services uses COINS software for budget/cost control, job cost accounting, and service management.

Rieck Services benefited greatly from the course and is currently evaluating other aspects of COINS OA. As Tom Graham said before returning to Dayton, “We’re going back and will promote picking up the COINS OA product."
