Kawama Widows and Orphans School was established as a community school for children who could not afford to attend the government school, and have lost their parent(s) to HIV/AIDS.
We have supported the programme by building two new class rooms and a library. Outstanding work on this project includes providing fresh, clean water to a new modern sanitation block, electricity for the building along with furniture and Kawama text books for the pupiks. The additinal classrooms will allow nearly two hundred children to access full-time education.
