The Call Management System is COINS' state-of-the-art solution to the challenge of quickly recording service calls and scheduling and managing service visits. It is a dispatch and scheduling system that is tightly integrated with COINS Service Management.

The Daily and Weekly Scheduling Boards let dispatchers quickly assign and reassign service calls using drag and drop, with color-coding to help quickly identify schedule conflicts and planned maintenance (PM) calls. It is easy to move an appointment to a different time or day. The built-in paging mechanism (or optional Mobile Technician) automatically lets the technician know of the change. A glance at the scheduling board immediately tells the status of a call, lets you track the technicians’ progress through the day, and gives quick access to other information about the call.

The review and approval tools in the Call Management System include multiple approval levels and built-in workflow for payroll, inventory transfers, and work order billing.

Total integration combined with flexibility and easy navigation are key features of COINS Service Management with the Call Management System. Once information from Mobile Technician has been reviewed and approved in CMS, it updates the COINS database and makes the information accessible to Service Management and other modules.
