Call Tracker gives your customers instant access to information about their calls from any Internet-connected PC. Has a technician been dispatched? When was the call closed? What were the charges? They can even see a copy of the actual work order.

With Call Tracker, all your customers need is a web browser and the login information that you give them. Call Tracker features an easy-to-use tabbed screen. After the user selects a service site from the list on the left, the tabs on the right give access to open calls, closed calls, or all calls. Clicking on a call displays call details, such as location, problem description, call resolution, and more.

Because Call Tracker connects directly to COINS Service Management, updated information is immediately available as calls are entered and processed.
