COINS Project Management provides the tools that top-notch project managers need to document all project related communications and proactively manage change orders. It helps you organize, search for, and analyze project communications of all types, making it simpler to make well-informed decisions and meet project deadlines.

Think of the Dash Board as your personal control panel and choose what will appear on it: weather forecasts, calendar items, task lists, open issues, and more.

The unified project level Contract Management menu lets you quickly enter, print, and find change requests, change orders, purchase orders, subcontracts, and subcontract change orders. Forms and reports can include your corporate logo to forms and reports, or you can even brand them for a specific division or job. You can also customize templates for cover letters and other documents, using the built-in Template Editor.

Project Management integrates into other areas of COINS, including Job Status, Accounts Payable, and Purchase Order/Inventory. This leads to cost savings (less data entry is needed), less redundancy, and greater accuracy and timeliness.
