Employees can manage their own personal details
COINS ESS is a cloud-based system making it simple to access and use. It provides real-time updates, immediately routes change requests to the appropriate manager or staff and individual colour tiles make it intuitive to navigate.
Through COINS ESS mobile app or desktop employees can:

Submitted change requests display in COINS Activity Workbench along with other tasks that need to be reviewed and approved or rejected. An embedded workflow manages the status of change requests and defines outcomes when approved or rejected.
For example, approved leave requests automatically reconcile to Payroll so managers no longer need spreadsheets to track employee hours. And employee leave (paid and unpaid) displays in the ESS Team Calendar so managers can filter by job titles to see who is not available during a given period to help ensure appropriate staffing levels.

Integration with COINS core ERP system means once data is changed in the ESS portal, it is automatically updated in HR and Payroll. This reduces manual data entry and risk of error.
