COINS Australia announces business growth and expansion
COINS Australia, a Brisbane based construction software company, is pleased to announce an increase in revenue and further expansion of its Brisbane head office to support the recent industry demand for COINS solutions in the Australian market.
The software company’s growth is due to its new service driven strategy which has achieved an 80 per cent increase in revenue through an improved focus on account management, an expansion of product lines and improved business sales performance.
The improved focus and strategy, initiated by Managing Director Carla Wall less than two years ago, has received a positive response from the market, with a COINS Sydney office opened in 2016 and the Eight Mile Plains head office now set to expand to accommodate the growing services team.
Ms Wall said the growth of COINS in Australia is based on meeting client product and service expectations in a continually challenging and complex marketplace.
“When clients see the value we can add, they keep coming back and the demands for our services have steadily increased in the past two years,” Ms Wall said.
“Continual investment and development in our global product, combined with the drive for innovation from our local development team has raised the level of interest in our software. This has resulted in a 15 per cent growth in our client base, with record sales pipeline development to further support our new business strategy moving forward.
“The current expansion of both our services team and the Brisbane head office is testament to the business model we now have in place for Australia.
“It’s another step in the right direction for COINS. We will continue to focus on the fundamentals of what we do best, which is consistently deliver value and service to our clients. We are a values-led business and when our clients grow, we grow with them.”
COINS Australia counts leading construction companies including Laing O’Rourke, Watpac, St Ives Retirement Living and Fredon Industries among its clients.
COINS is a leading global provider of business systems and services to the construction, engineering, home building and service sectors. The company supports more than 62,000 users in 40 countries from its offices in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
