HR Talent Manager
Kristin joined COINS in July of 2019 as HR Talent Manager with primary focus of managing and coordinating organization-wide efforts surrounding performance management, retention, promotion and succession planning. Additionally, she leads recruitment efforts to source the best talent for COINS in the USA while also supporting ongoing cultural and strategic initiatives for the business. Prior to joining, Kristin spent 13 years progressing in roles of increasing responsibility in Human Resources at General Electric. Through those years, she was able to build a solid HR foundation and provide leadership though a variety of business cycles in both generalist and specialist roles. Kristin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
