Jessica joined COINS in September 2021 as Vice President of US Professional Services, where she is responsible for the successful delivery of the COINS solution to our clients.  Within the US team, Jessica oversees consulting delivery, project management and technical services.  She is passionate about helping others and has spent her career helping clients realize the benefits of embedding technology solutions into their day-to-day operations.  Most recently at ECI Software Solutions, she led Professional Services teams focused on delivering cloud ERP solutions for SMB Manufacturers.  Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
