As well as exhibiting the range of AEC solutions and services that the COINS:FULCRO partnership offers, Fulcro and their client Forest City Ratner Companies a $9-billion diversified real estate management and development company based in Cleveland, Ohio, United States showcased the processes and technology used to design and construct the tallest volumetric modular construction building in the world in Brooklyn, New York.

Roger Krulak, Senior VP for Modular Construction at Forest City Ratner Companies in New York covered a range of significant benefits that using modular construction can bring to a project. He showed how these processes have been deployed on their B2 Pacific Park project in Brooklyn, New York - the tallest volumetric modular construction building in the world.
Roger also showed how Fulcro continues to be a key partner in delivering the project. Fulcro uses a range of BIM and Virtual Design and Construction processes and technologies to ensure that the design and manufacture of the modules in the factory is fully coordinated and to a high level of accuracy so that the work and disruption on site is minimised.
The global COINS:FULCRO partnership is in a unique position to work with the industry to manage information, improve design and construction assembly and handle the data exchange to empower the life cycle of any project.
