Leading Construction Companies adopt COINS solutions

Over the past few months we have implemented COINS solutions within some of the world’s leading construction companies and are looking forward to working in partnership with them to boost productivity and drive innovation through COINS construction technology.
US contractors who have implemented the latest version of COINS include:
W.W. Gay Mechanical Contractor, Inc., which specialises in commercial, industrial and engineering contracting services, went live on COINS in April 2019 with their Orlando, FL location. This was the first of 3 sites to be implemented and will be followed by its Gainesville, FL location in November, and then by its Jacksonville, FL office. COINS offers W.W. Gay a huge technological advance to its ERP system, with particular strength in service management and mobile field apps such as mTech (Mobile Technician), mCDR (mobile Crew Daily Reports) and mForm (Mobile Forms).
Goyette Mechanical went live on COINS OA in February 2019. The Flint, Michigan company is an expert in the mechanical, electrical and piping trades and offers one-stop construction solutions including design/build, piping and sheet metal fabrication, and service work. COINS supports the full scope of Goyette’s construction and service business. A unique part of the project was developing field billing for COINS mTech and Service Management (i.e., the printing of service order invoices in the field), which is now available to other clients as well.

Top 50 UK home builder Bewley Homes plc selected COINS software to help them achieve efficiencies in the way that they capture and manage data, as well as to improve decision making by enhancing the quality, depth and range of business information available. They now have 80 users and utilise COINS to manage operations across their entire business.
Telford Homes is a leading, London-focused residential and mixed use property developer. Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Cost Value reconciliation (CVR) and Customer Care modules have been implemented. Telford has benefited from a more flexible system, reducing manual work with a more joined up process whilst improving control, integrity and visibility, particularly with regards to workflow. Telford are currently working on putting the data into a data warehouse to improve the COINS reporting and analysis capability.
R G Carter are implementing COINS Construction Cloud - including modules such as Procurement, Financials, CVR and Plant, which will replace their on-premise accounting systems, spreadsheet reporting and manual procurement processes. Implementation is in progress and benefits will include the integration of their entire processing activities as well as the facilitating of commercial reporting via online CVR’s.
Bellway Homes, the UK’s fourth largest house builder, chose COINS as their preferred solution following a rigorous evaluation of several ERP systems and the software is now being implemented to support financial and commercial processes across the business. Following a successful pilot phase, the COINS system is now operational in over half of Bellway's 22 Divisions and the roll-out will complete next year. Bellway chose the managed service option, COINS Construction Cloud, which provides a scalable and flexible approach both in terms of capacity and in providing the option to extend the service to support other areas of Bellway's business operations.
Natta Building Company Ltd specialise in civil engineering projects. They have recently implemented COINS Financials, which replaces their previous accounting system, to provide them with greater visibility and speed up supplier and sub-contract payments. Natta are using COINS across a number of their businesses.
Guild Living, part of Legal & General selected COINS software to support their retirement living activities. This new business will create innovative later living communities in towns and city centres across the UK. COINS software will support major aspects of their business including financial systems, commercial operations and customer care.
ESGPLC are a multi-disciplined building services contractor operating within the residential, commercial, technology and aftercare sectors. Live on financials and currently developing other modules, one of the benefits when using COINS is integration with the Luckins database, aiding their procurement team. They are using COINS across a number of their businesses and look forward to increasing its operational efficiency across the group.
The Mulberry Group, comprising Mulberry Homes and Mulberry Developments are based in Northamptonshire and specialise in constructing good quality individual residential developments and commercial property across the wider Midlands. What began as a small COINS implementation (5 concurrent users through the implementation phase) has developed as planned into a much larger implementation with phase 2 of the project seeing more modules and functionality being added to support their business growth. They currently have circa 26 concurrent users, 46 named and 8 mobile. Mulberry use a number of COINS solutions – including Financials, Procurement, Subcontract Management, Construction, CVR, House Sales CRM, Customer Care and COINS Mobile.
Earthworks and Demolition company Mick George Limited, based in East Anglia and the East Midlands, had a corporate finance system and have now chosen COINS to support their fast growing construction business. A single COINS solution will enable them to manage their procurement, plant, subcontractors, financials, commercial and payroll processes.
Campion Homes are based in Dunfermline and specialise in private and social housing. They started the implementation of COINS software towards the end of 2018,. They are implementing a range of modules including Land, Procurement, Bill of Quantities, Subcontract Management, Construction, CVR, Plant Management, Financials, Payroll, House Sales CRM, Customer Care and COINS Mobile and Mobile Forms for Health and Safety.
bunnyhomes are based in Bodmin and started the implementation of COINS software at the end of 2018. They installed COINS software to help support their future growth and are currently implementing Land, Procurement & Bill of Quantities, Subcontract Management, Construction, CVR, Financials, House Sales CRM, and Customer Care.
Cameron Homes are based in Staffordshire and selected COINS software at the end of 2017. To date, they have implemented Procurement, Subcontract Management, Construction, CVR, Financials, Payroll, House Sales CRM and Customer Care. They are currently implementing Land Appraisal and will also start implementing COINS mobile apps to add additional value.
In Australia, RAM Constructions and Georgiou Group recently joined the COINS family.
