Mark Beard, Chairman & Chief Executive of E W Beard (Holdings) Ltd
Mark is President of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). He is a Chartered Environmentalist and has been Chairman / Chief Executive of Beard since 1999. Mark’s key achievements include developing a culture which is focused on staff development, customer service and continuous business improvement. Mark was Oxfordshire Businessman of the Year in 2004. Beard is a £150m / annum construction company with offices in Oxford, Guildford, Swindon and Bristol. Beard was West of England Business of the year in 2014. Mark is a Patron of Radley College Real Tennis Court and a playing member of the MCC.
Stuart Binstock, President and CEO, Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA)
Stuart Binstock is President and CEO of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). He has extensive experience in management issues, including strategic planning, government affairs, educational programming and delivery, financial management, membership development, non-dues revenue growth, program development, and process improvements. Since Stuart became President and CEO of CFMA, the association’s membership has grown from 6,400 to over 8,500 today. He has served in executive positions for such trade and professional associations as the National Electrical Contractors Association, Associated General Contractors of America, and American Institute of Architects.
Susan Jackson, Joint MD of Campion Homes
Susan is Joint Managing Director of family owned regional housebuilder, Campion Homes. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and spent 12 years with Deloitte earlier in her career. At Campion she leads on Finance, HR, IT and works closely with the senior exec team on all areas of housing development. She is leading a change programme across the business to modernise its operational capability and provide the business with a strong secure base to sustain the growth it has experienced over the last few years. Susan serves as a Non-Executive Director for Commonwealth Games Scotland.
Kevin Lasitz. Senior Partner Development Manager, Microsoft
Kevin has focussed his 30 year career on applied technology innovation. Over the past five years, Kevin has been helping Microsoft Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) partners leverage cloud platform innovation to create and promote new business value for customers. Previously, Kevin was the global sales and business development lead at fast-growing Microsoft systems integrator (SI) partner, Infusion (now part of Avanade), creating custom applications for enterprise clients around the world. Earlier Kevinled business development for ISV MobileQ creating new wireless solutions for clients in the US and Canada. Kevin started his career at IBM Canada as a Systems Engineer introducing retail banking solutions at Scotiabank and subsequently, worked for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce launching their first website, Internet and wireless banking services. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Mathematics/Computer Science degree from University of Waterloo and MBA degree from University of Toronto.
