Chairman Dick Werner talks about forecasting in CFMA journal

The lead article in the January/February 2012 issue of CFMA Building Profits was written by COINS USA Chairman, Richard L. Werner.

Dick's article, "The Art & Science of Forecasting the Estimated Cost at Completion" provides an expert analysis of factors affecting the forecast of Estimated Cost at Completion (ECAC).

Accurately forecasting ECAC is vital to producing realistic forecasts and accurate financial measurements. The art arises from the forecaster's personality and predilections, while the science comes from the data, project metrics, and tools used by the forecaster.

Dick Werner is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and a regular contributor to CFMA Building Profits.
