COINS supports the ongoing successful use of COINS through online, email, and telephone support services.
The Client Area of this website provides a convenient central coordination point for customer support requests, access to important notices to our clients, release and software upgrade information, COINS documentation including ‘How to’ guides, and learning resources and instructional videos.
The COINS Support Team provides joint first and second line support for all customers’ problems that relate to any live or non-live part of their COINS system. Requests for support that fall within the scope of the services included in your Annual Support Agreement (ASA) or ALF will be dealt with by a Support Analyst, and some calls will be referred to other departments for focused expert consideration.
The COINS Support Team also works with clients to identify functionality that will increase the benefits of COINS to your business and ensure that the business relationship between COINS and its clients continues to grow to our mutual benefit.
