Technical Services Director, USA
Dan joined COINS USA in 1990 as a Technical Support Representative, and was promoted to Technical Services Unit Manager in 1997. From 2000 to 2001, he managed the Support Services Group, with oversight of Technical Services, QA and the Support Center. Today, Dan is Technical Services Director with over 23 years of experience working in IT and professional services, supporting mission-critical commercial applications. He leverages his skills and experience in construction, technical services, and application support to provide practical, technical, and business guidance and leadership to the members of the project teams during the delivery of services.
In addition to holding an M.S. in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), Dan maintains certifications such as his latest: IBM Certified Technical Sales Specialist - Power Systems with POWER8 Scale-out V1.
